None. If you can use a treadmill or an air conditioner, you can use a Superhuman chamber. The controls are designed for solo daily use, and we walk you through everything on setup day.

What pressure do Superhuman chambers reach?
The L1 reaches up to 2.0 ATA with four adjustable settings: 1.3, 1.5, 1.7, and 2.0 ATA. The S1 reaches up to 1.5 ATA with three settings: 1.3, 1.4, and 1.5 ATA.
How many people can use a chamber at once?
The L1 is a single-person chamber for lying-position sessions. The S1 is a single-person chamber for sit or semi-lying sessions.
What's included?
You receive a complete system: the chamber, oxygen concentrator, climate control, controls, safety systems, documentation, setup support, and ongoing remote support. Nothing is sold separately that you'd need to operate it.
Can I customize my chamber?
Yes. The L1 is available in White, Black, Dark Blue, or a custom color to match your space. The S1 is a standard color. We'll discuss finish options during your call.

Superhuman chambers are built with a documentation-first safety approach. Depending on the model, documentation includes ASME pressure-vessel certification, CE, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001. We provide all relevant materials for your records.
What certifications does the chamber hold?
The L1 is a pressure vessel certified by ASME, with CE certification and ISO 9001/13485 manufacturing standards. The S1 is CE certified with ISO 9001/13485 manufacturing standards.
Is hyperbaric oxygen therapy safe for personal use?
HBOT has been used in clinical settings for decades. Superhuman chambers are designed and certified for personal use. We provide full operating instructions, training, and safety documentation so you use the chamber correctly from day one.
Can I use the chamber without supervision?
Yes. Both the L1 and S1 are designed for solo operation. The L1 has dual touchscreens (inside and outside) and an intercom. The S1 has a remote control. Multiple redundant safety systems are standard on both.
What happens in an emergency?
Both chambers have emergency pressure relief valves for immediate depressurization, plus manual backup valves. The L1 can be opened from inside at any time. The S1 has an internal release. Analog pressure gauges on both provide independent verification independent of digital systems.
