4. No Medical Advice
Information on our website is provided for general educational and commercial informational purposes only. Superhuman Chambers is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or clinical protocols.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using hyperbaric oxygen therapy, purchasing a chamber for medical use, or offering hyperbaric-related services to clients, patients, members, or customers.
Nothing on our website should be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or representation that our products will diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or improve any disease, condition, symptom, injury, or health outcome, unless expressly stated in FDA-cleared labeling or other legally authorized product labeling.
Individual results may vary.
5. FDA, Regulatory, and Health Claims
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy devices may be regulated as medical devices in certain jurisdictions. Regulatory status, permitted claims, indications for use, prescription requirements, supervision requirements, import requirements, facility requirements, and operator obligations vary by country, state, and use case.
Unless expressly stated in product-specific cleared, approved, or authorized labeling, our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
If you operate a wellness center, clinic, gym, spa, recovery studio, or other commercial facility, you are responsible for ensuring that:
- Your use of the products complies with applicable laws
- Your advertising and client-facing claims are lawful
- Your staff are properly trained
- Your protocols are appropriate for your jurisdiction and business model
- You obtain any required licenses, permits, prescriptions, inspections, approvals, insurance, or medical supervision
- You do not make unauthorized medical, disease, or therapeutic claims
Superhuman Chambers is not responsible for your clinical protocols, client selection, medical screening, advertising claims, professional licensing, facility compliance, or business operations.
6. Safety and Proper Use
Hyperbaric chambers and oxygen systems must be used carefully and only in accordance with applicable manuals, labels, instructions, warnings, training, and maintenance requirements.
You agree to:
- Read and follow all user manuals, safety instructions, warnings, and maintenance instructions
- Use products only for their intended purpose
- Ensure users are properly screened, monitored, and supervised as appropriate
- Maintain required cleaning, service, inspection, and safety check schedules
- Keep flammable, prohibited, electrical, static-producing, or unsafe items away from the chamber as instructed
- Use only compatible clothing, materials, components, and accessories
- Maintain proper ventilation, grounding, electrical setup, and environmental conditions
- Avoid unauthorized repairs, modifications, or substitutions
- Stop use immediately if the product appears damaged, unsafe, malfunctioning, leaking, overheating, sparking, or otherwise abnormal
- Contact us or a qualified service provider for support when needed
Oxygen-enriched and pressurized environments can create serious risks, including fire, injury, or death, if not used properly.
7. Product Information and Availability
We aim to describe our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, specifications, prices, lead times, certifications, availability, or other content are complete, current, or error-free.
Product images may show optional configurations, custom finishes, accessories, or staged environments. Actual products may differ from images depending on model, configuration, supplier updates, manufacturing changes, regulatory requirements, or customer selections.
We may modify, discontinue, update, or substitute products, features, parts, finishes, accessories, or specifications at any time, provided any substitutions are reasonably comparable or disclosed before fulfillment where required.
8. Quotes, Orders, Deposits, and Acceptance
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, reject, cancel, or require additional verification for any order.
Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote. If no period is stated, quotes expire after 30 days.
Orders may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment before production, shipment, or installation. Custom, made-to-order, imported, configured, or special-order products may be non-cancellable and non-refundable once production, procurement, customization, or shipment begins.
Your order is accepted only when we issue written confirmation or otherwise begin fulfillment.
9. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may exclude taxes, duties, customs fees, shipping, freight, insurance, installation, permits, site preparation, electrical work, financing charges, and other fees unless expressly included in writing.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, import fees, tariffs, customs charges, bank fees, payment processing fees, financing charges, and other costs associated with your purchase.
We may correct pricing errors at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.
10. Financing
If financing is offered, financing is provided by third-party financing providers unless otherwise stated. Financing approval, terms, rates, fees, payment schedules, and disclosures are controlled by the financing provider.
We are not responsible for financing decisions, credit approvals, credit denials, financing terms, interest rates, fees, or payment processing by third-party financing providers.
You should review all financing terms before accepting financing.
11. Shipping, Freight, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, customization, freight availability, customs, weather, carrier delays, payment verification, site readiness, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control.
For freight shipments, you are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for delivery. This may include confirming:
- Doorway, hallway, elevator, stairway, and room clearances
- Loading dock or liftgate requirements
- Road access
- Building access
- Floor load capacity
- Electrical requirements
- Ventilation requirements
- Installation space
- Delivery appointment availability
- Any building, landlord, HOA, facility, or local approval requirements
You must inspect shipments upon delivery. If a shipment appears damaged, missing, or incomplete, note the issue on the carrier’s delivery receipt, take photos, retain packaging, and contact us promptly.
Risk of loss transfers according to the shipping terms stated in your order, invoice, or written agreement. If no shipping terms are stated, risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Installation, Site Preparation, and Training
Some products may include installation, setup, or training; others may be self-installed or plug-and-play. Installation obligations depend on the product, quote, invoice, and written agreement.
You are responsible for site preparation unless otherwise agreed in writing. This may include electrical work, ventilation, access clearance, flooring, permits, facility approvals, room preparation, internet access, staff availability, safety planning, and compliance with applicable laws.
If our team or installation partner arrives and the site is not ready, you may be responsible for additional costs, delays, storage, rescheduling fees, travel expenses, or other charges.
Training is provided for general product operation and safety orientation. Training does not make you a healthcare provider, certified hyperbaric technician, licensed medical professional, or legally authorized operator where such credentials are required by law.
13. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Because hyperbaric chambers are high-value, specialized, freight-shipped, and often custom-configured products, returns and cancellations are limited.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Deposits may be non-refundable once production, procurement, customization, or order processing begins
- Custom, configured, special-order, installed, used, opened, or freight-shipped products may be non-returnable
- Shipping, freight, customs, installation, travel, financing, processing, and service fees may be non-refundable
- Returned products, if accepted, must be in unused, undamaged, complete, and resalable condition
- Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, inspection fees, freight costs, and repair costs
Any specific refund or cancellation terms in your quote, invoice, order form, purchase agreement, or written policy will control over this section.

14. Warranty and Support

15. International Sales
If you purchase from outside the United States, you are responsible for import compliance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, tariffs, local certifications, local device regulations, electrical compatibility, operator requirements, translations, permits, and any jurisdiction-specific requirements.
We do not guarantee that products, documentation, claims, certifications, or configurations comply with laws outside the jurisdiction specifically stated in your written order.
16. Commercial Operators
If you purchase or use products for a business, facility, clinic, gym, spa, wellness center, recovery studio, or similar operation, you are solely responsible for your business operations.
This includes:
- Staff hiring and training

You agree not to represent that Superhuman Chambers approves, supervises, certifies, licenses, or controls your facility, protocols, staff, claims, or business operations unless we expressly agree in writing.
17. Intellectual Property

You represent that your submissions are accurate, lawful, and do not violate the rights of others.
We may remove or decline to publish content at our discretion.
19. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, you authorize Superhuman Chambers to contact you about your inquiry, consultation request, quote, order, product, support request, warranty, installation, training, or related services.
Where permitted by law, we may also contact you with promotional or marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP or contacting us.

We do not guarantee:
